What is the BillRaja retail workspace?
The retail workspace is for shops, kirana stores, wholesalers and product-selling businesses. It keeps invoices, products, stock, customers, dues, GST and purchase orders together, like one clean counter notebook that also does the maths.
Who should choose the retail workspace?
Choose retail if your main work is selling products across a counter, by phone, on WhatsApp, or to repeat customers. It fits kirana shops, electronics shops, boutiques, distributors, wholesalers and small manufacturers.
What can I do every day in the retail workspace?
Create GST bills, add products, check stock, record customers, track pending amounts, create purchase orders and see sales reports without jumping between different tools.
Can I manage inventory and purchase orders in retail?

How do renewals work in the membership workspace?
You create a plan once, assign it to a member, and BillRaja helps track the start date, end date, renewal date, payment status and grace period. It is like a front desk register that reminds you before money slips away.
Can I track member attendance and dues?
Yes. The membership workspace works with QR or location-aware attendance, member dues, renewal follow-up and fee invoices so owners can see active, expiring and overdue members clearly.

What is the BillRaja restaurant workspace?
The restaurant workspace is for cafes, restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens and food counters. It connects public QR menu links, dish photos, item details, tables, orders, kitchen tickets, reservations and GST bills.
Does it support table orders, QR menus and KOT?
Yes. Staff can take table-wise orders, paid-plan restaurants can share a public QR menu link, customers can tap dishes to see photos and details, and the kitchen can receive KOT-style order details so preparation stays clear during rush hours.
Can I manage reservations and table billing?
Yes. Reservations include timing, party size and customer details. Tables can be marked by status, orders can be settled into GST-ready bills, and staff can see what is happening on the floor.

Is BillRaja a GST billing app?
Yes. BillRaja is fully GST-compliant — CGST/SGST for intra-state sales, IGST for inter-state, HSN codes, GSTIN validation, BR-YYYY-NNNNN invoice numbers and all official GST slabs (0, 5, 12, 18, 28%). Valid for filing and audits.
Can I generate GSTR-3B reports from BillRaja?
Yes. BillRaja produces GSTR-3B-ready reports with HSN-wise summaries, output GST, input GST through purchase orders and net tax liability — exportable for your CA or for filing on the GST portal.
How many PDF invoice templates are available?
More than 20 professional, GST-compliant templates. Add your logo, GSTIN, bank details and a UPI QR code so every bill looks branded and ready to share.
Can I share invoices on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every invoice has a one-tap WhatsApp share with the GST-compliant PDF, an optional UPI QR code and a direct link to the customer portal so your customer can retrieve it in future.

What is the customer bill portal?
A free, built-in digital portal at billraja.com/customer where your customers enter their phone, verify with OTP and see every invoice you have ever issued them — searchable, downloadable as GST PDFs, lifetime. No app install, no account, no lost paper.
How do customers find an old bill?
Visit billraja.com/customer, enter the 10-digit mobile number printed on any BillRaja bill, verify the OTP, and every invoice appears grouped by shop and month. Any bill can be downloaded as a GST-compliant PDF for warranty, returns, refunds or tax filing.
Do my customers need an account?
No. The portal requires only their phone number and an SMS OTP — no sign-up, no password, no app install. BillRaja uses Firebase phone authentication so only the person who owns the SIM can see those bills.
Can a portal bill be used for warranty or returns?
Yes. Every PDF is the original GST-compliant invoice — shop name, GSTIN, line items, HSN codes, tax breakdown and invoice number. Service centres and return counters accept it the same way they accept a printed bill.
Pricing, Trial & Billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes 10 invoices per month, 5 customers, 20 products, GST calculation and offline sync. Public restaurant QR menu links are available on paid plans. Pro is ₹99/month and Enterprise is ₹199/month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 3-month full-Enterprise free trial. No credit card required. After the trial, you can upgrade or continue on Free.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any time from the app settings — no questions asked. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. Subscriptions are processed via Google Play Billing.
What if my payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period with full access while you resolve the payment issue. If it isn’t resolved in 7 days, your account moves to the Free plan until payment is updated — your data stays intact.
Security, Privacy & Platforms
Is my business data private and secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), stored on Google Firestore with strict ownership security rules, access-controlled at the team-member level, and never sold. Customer portal sessions expire after 25 minutes of inactivity.
Does BillRaja work offline?
Yes. BillRaja is offline-first. Create invoices, take attendance, update stock without internet. Everything syncs automatically when you reconnect, with a 100 MB local cache so you never lose a sale.
Which platforms is BillRaja available on?
Android (Play Store), iOS, macOS, Windows, Linux and the web. One account works across all your devices with automatic sync.
Which languages are supported?
Five: English, हिन्दी (Hindi), ગુજરાતી (Gujarati), தமிழ் (Tamil) and অসমীয়া (Assamese). Switch from the top-right language toggle.
