Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using BillRaja ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BillRaja.

You must be at least 18 years of age and either a legitimate business owner or an authorized representative of a business to use BillRaja.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Authentication is handled via Google Sign-In or phone number verification
• BillRaja reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-month free trial with full Enterprise access. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial ends, the account automatically moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable GST
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You will be notified before renewal charges

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• If a payment fails, we provide a grace period before restricting access

Plan Changes

Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may use BillRaja solely for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate fraudulent, false, or misleading invoices
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the App
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws, including GST regulations
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Use automated tools to access or extract data from the App
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from BillRaja

You own all business data you create within BillRaja — including your customers, invoices, products, and business profile. BillRaja does not claim ownership of your business data.

You grant BillRaja a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter.

BillRaja provides GST calculations as a convenience tool. While we strive for accuracy, BillRaja does not constitute a licensed tax advisor or CA firm. You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying GST calculations before filing with authorities
• Ensuring your GSTIN and customer GSTINs are accurate
• Compliance with all applicable GST laws and filing deadlines
• Any penalties or liabilities arising from GST filings

We recommend consulting a qualified Chartered Accountant for tax advisory.

BillRaja may generate public links for invoices and payment requests. By creating public invoice links, you consent to making selected invoice information accessible to the recipient. You are responsible for ensuring you share invoices only with intended recipients.

When using team features, you (as the business owner) are responsible for:

• Obtaining necessary consent from team members before tracking attendance
• Complying with applicable labour and privacy laws regarding employee monitoring
• The accuracy of attendance records used for payroll or compliance purposes

BillRaja strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Offline functionality is available for core features. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or temporary shutdowns with notice where practicable.

BillRaja is not liable for any business losses arising from service downtime, data loss, or technical failures.

The BillRaja name, logo, invoice templates, and all software are the intellectual property of BillRaja and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillRaja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

BillRaja's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
