Is there a free trial?+
Yes! Every new account gets a 3-month free trial with full Enterprise access. No credit card required. After the trial, your account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
How is billing handled?+
Subscriptions are processed securely via Google Play Billing. You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save you about 16%. All prices exclude applicable GST.
What happens when my trial ends?+
After the 3-month trial, your account moves to the Free plan with limited access (10 invoices/month, 5 customers, 20 products). Public restaurant QR menus are shown only on paid plans, so restaurants can upgrade anytime to keep their digital menu visible.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the app settings, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods.
Is GST included in the price?+
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable GST. GST will be calculated and added at checkout as per government regulations.
What happens if my payment fails?+
You get a 7-day grace period to resolve payment issues. During grace, full access continues. After 7 days, your account moves to the Free plan until payment is resolved.
