How do I find my bills on BillRaja?
Go to billraja.com/customer, enter the Indian mobile number printed on any BillRaja bill, verify with the 6-digit OTP sent over SMS, and you will instantly see every invoice any BillRaja merchant has issued to that number, grouped by store and by month.
I lost a paper bill — can I recover it?
Yes. If the bill was issued through BillRaja and your phone number was saved on it, the invoice is permanently stored in your Customer Portal. Open billraja.com/customer, verify your number, and download the exact same GST invoice as a PDF — even months or years after it was issued.
Can I use a portal bill for warranty or product returns?
Yes. Every PDF downloaded from the portal is the original GST-compliant invoice with the shop name, GSTIN, line items, HSN codes, tax breakdown (CGST/SGST/IGST) and invoice number. Warranty, service centre and return counter staff accept it the same way they accept the printed paper copy.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No sign-up, no password, no app install. Phone number + SMS OTP is the only step. BillRaja uses Firebase phone authentication so only the person with access to the SIM can see the bills on that number.
Can I download my invoice as a PDF?
Yes. Every bill in the portal has a Download PDF action that produces a GST-compliant invoice copy with full line items, HSN codes, CGST/SGST/IGST, discount, totals and seller GSTIN — ready to share over WhatsApp or email.
Which shops or merchants will I see in my portal?
Any shop, kirana, restaurant, clinic, service provider, wholesaler or business that uses BillRaja to issue you an invoice. The portal automatically aggregates every BillRaja merchant in one place, so one phone number becomes your lifetime receipt wallet.
What if the phone number on my bill was wrong?
Ask the shop to update the phone number on the invoice inside BillRaja. As soon as they re-issue or edit the bill, it shows up in your portal within a minute.
Is my bill data private and secure?
Yes. The portal is served over HTTPS, authentication uses Firebase phone-OTP, sessions expire after 25 minutes of inactivity, and only the owner of the phone number can see the bills. No one else — not even BillRaja staff — can log in on your behalf.
Is the BillRaja Customer Portal free for customers?
Yes. The portal is completely free for customers, forever. There is no subscription, no fee per download, and no ads. It is funded by the BillRaja app used by the shop that issued your bill.
