  • BillRaja runs on Google Firebase managed infrastructure — Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Storage.
  • Offline mode keeps billing working even without internet. Data syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
  • 100 MB local cache on mobile devices for offline access.
  • Planned maintenance is announced in advance when feasible.
  • Service-impacting incidents are communicated in-app, via email, or through support responses.
  • Remote Config allows instant feature toggles and maintenance mode without app updates.

Data Continuity & Export

  • Pro and Enterprise plans include CSV export for invoices, customers, and products.
  • Invoice PDFs can be shared and downloaded at any time.
  • Shared invoice links remain accessible until the account is deleted.
  • Account deletion removes all data — export before deleting if you need records.
  • Payment records maintained by Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's retention policies.
