Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your BillRaja account and all associated data by following the steps below.

This action is permanent

Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please export your data first if you need it for records.

Cancel your subscription separately

Account deletion does not replace subscription cancellation. Cancel a Google Play-billed plan in Google Play. For a plan billed by BillRaja through Razorpay, sign in to your owner account and use Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. To stop renewal and keep your BillRaja data, use the subscription management guide instead of deleting your account.

How to delete your account

Open BillRaja App

Launch the BillRaja app on your Android device, or open billraja.org in a browser.

Go to Settings

Tap the menu icon and navigate to Settings → Danger Zone.

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account". Confirm your choice when prompted.

Data deletion begins

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone)
  • Business profile and logo
  • All customer records
  • All invoices and invoice history
  • Product catalog and inventory records
  • Purchase order history
  • Team member data and attendance logs
  • Freelancer professions and service-template data
  • Subscription and billing records

What may be retained

Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes:

  • Business invoice data may be retained for up to 7 years where required by Indian tax law (GST compliance)
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
  • Payment records retained by Google Play or Razorpay under their own policies and applicable regulatory requirements

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to access the app to delete your account, you can request deletion by email. Please include your registered email address or phone number and the reason for deletion.

Remember to uninstall the app

Deleting your account does not automatically uninstall the app from your device. Please uninstall BillRaja from your device settings after account deletion.
