This page explains how to permanently delete your BillRaja account and all data associated with it.
Before you delete: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have a Pro or Enterprise plan, consider exporting your data first (Settings > Data Export). If you are a team owner, deleting your account will affect your entire team workspace.
Option 1: Delete Inside the App
Open BillRaja and sign in to the account you want to remove.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
Tap Erase profile permanently.
Type DELETE to confirm.
This immediately starts the deletion flow and signs you out after completion.
Option 2: Delete Without Access to the App
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to our support team.
Please contact us from, or clearly mention, the registered phone number or Google email address used for the account. We may ask for additional confirmation from the same registered contact before processing.
Deletion requests are processed within 3 business days.
What We Delete
Your business profile, settings, logo, and signature images
All invoices and invoice analytics
All customer records and customer group data
All products, inventory data, and stock movement history
All purchase orders
All membership plans and member records
Your team workspace (if you are a team owner), including all team member relationships
All attendance records (check-in/check-out times, locations, hours)
Shared invoice PDFs stored for your account
Your FCM notification token and active session
Your active subscription (cancelled as part of deletion)
Usage tracking data (invoice counts, share counts)
What May Be Retained
Payment and subscription records kept by Razorpay under its legal and regulatory obligations
Limited records we must retain to comply with applicable Indian tax, fraud-prevention, or legal requirements
Local cached copies on your device until app data is cleared, the cache is overwritten, or the app is uninstalled
If you were a team member (not owner), the team owner's workspace data is not affected by your account deletion — only your personal account and your team membership are removed
Impact on Team Members
If you are a team owner: Deleting your account removes your entire team workspace. All team members lose access to the shared data. Notify your team before deleting.
If you are a team member: Deleting your account removes your membership from the team. The team workspace and its data remain unaffected.
